Description
The company have confirmed that they will be including the second six-month phase of the pay agreement in the January 2025 payroll. The increases from the 1st of January 2025 are as follows:
Base pay < €50,000 =1.5%
Base pay €50,000 – €70,000 =1.5%
Base pay €70,000+ =1%
The next six-month phase of the pay agreement will apply from 1st July 2025.
Retail/Channel Sales
While base pay and variable pay in Retail/Channel Sales are above minimum wage benchmarks, it has been agreed that from the 1st of January 2025, there will be a front-loaded increase for Retail Sales Consultants, TSS, BTSS, Affiliates, Consumer Outbound Sales & Webchat Sales. The previously agreed pay increases of 1.5% in January 2025 and 2% in July 2025 will be combined into a single 3.5% increase to be paid in the January 2025 payroll. For these members, the next phase of the pay agreement will apply in January 2026.
The company are writing to each affected member to confirm the details.
