GSG 02-25 CWU Seminar 2025 Dun Laoghaire

Description
You will be aware from GS Circular 23/24, the National Executive Council approved arrangements for the holding of the CWU Seminar which will take place on Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th April 2025 in the Royal Marine hotel, Dun Laoghaire. It will commence at 2.00 p.m. on Monday and finish at 1.00 p.m. on Tuesday.
The following will apply in respect of attendance:
Branch Representation
Branches are entitled to send participants in accordance with the following:
Branches of 1-100 Members = 1 participant
Branches between 101 – 200 Members = 2 participants
Branches between 201 – 300 Members = 3 participants
Branches between 301 – 400 Members = 4 participants
Branches over 401 Members upwards = 5 participants
Branches should submit details of participants on the attached form to Union Head Office not later than Friday 7th March 2025. Branch Membership will be determined in accordance with the Official Branch Register as at the 31st December 2024.
REGRETTABLY IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE OBSERVERS OR VISITORS AT THIS SEMINAR.
Accommodation
A rate of €140.00 per person for one night, based on two sharing has been agreed with the Hotel. Payment will be made directly to the hotel by Head Office and recovered from rebates in the case of Scale B Branches that avail of the hotel accommodation. Branches should provide Head Office of the details of the participants attending and whether they wish to avail of accommodation in the main Hotel, by completing the attached form and returning it to Head Office not later than Friday 7th March 2025.
